General content restrictions	If you’re using Chinese characters, you’ll have a maximum of 65 characters per SMS.
Content registration required	Yes. All SMS content sent to this region must be filed with the required form and relevant qualification documents must be submitted. The specifications are as follows: All OTP (One-Time Password), NTC (Notification), and MKT (Marketing) SMS messages sent to the Taiwan region must be filed through the form before they can be sent. The beginning of all SMS content must include the brand name or company name to clearly identify the sender. Example: [Clickatell] Your verification code is XXXX. The following three types of documents are also required: Business license. Identity certificate of the company's legal representative. Identity certificate of the person in charge of the business.
