Sender ID regulations | Beginning January 1st, 2025, using characters other than those ranging from 0 to 9 and A to Z in your sender ID is prohibited. Punctuation marks, accented characters, spaces, and any other special characters are no longer allowed as part of your sender ID. If your sender ID is not adapted according to the new rules by the beginning of January 2025, our vendor will adjust the sender ID by removing all prohibited characters for SMS messages to France, which may not represent your brand well. Prohibited sender IDs have to be authorized. |
