Here are some general guidelines for registering sender IDs in Singapore.

Each Sender ID:  

• Must be between 3 - 11 characters (including spaces, underscores, and hyphens).  

• May not contain Chinese or Cyrillic characters. 

• Should not be generic (e.g., "SMS" is generic and not allowed). 

Sender IDs are case sensitive, thus “Big Brand” and “BIG BRAND” are considered two different Sender IDs.
