What other value-added services come with the Marketplace product?

The Marketplace product includes the following value-added services:   

  • Transaction success management to remove the stress of completing transactions from you. Our system has a few inbuilt automatic features such as:

    • Automatic retries when a transaction fails.

    • Velocity checks that form part of our Fraud and Risk Management solution.

    • MNO Lookup that enables you to retrieve the Telco a specific MSISDN is linked to. This helps to reduce the failure rate where a top-up request is sent to the wrong Telco.

  • Auto top-up service provides your customers with the ability to proactively manage their airtime via automatic top-up when they reach low balance thresholds set by them. This increases your revenue because of an increase in the top-up frequency of those customers.

  • Chat templates we've built for various digital products based on our experience in the Chat Economy over the years. These templates are reviewed regularly to maximize adoption and sales.

  • History and Favourites service enables your customer to view their transaction history on your platform and also store favorite numbers, simplifying the purchase process.
