What customer data and analytics are included in my subscription?
Clickatell makes customer data available in two ways:
Dashboards and reports in the Clickatell Portal, and
Raw data, downloadable from a Clickatell-hosted server.
Clickatell Portal: Pre-Built Dashboards and Reports

Data Sharing Service: Access Raw Data, Downloaded from Secure Server
Apply data to your own environment and gain granular insight into customer interactions. Keep all analysis and history in your own data lakes.
Raw data is supplied as standardized, templated sets of data elements downloaded as a CSV file from a secure, Clickatell-hosted SFTP server.
Data templates comprise sets of data elements common to all customers.
The weekly Data Sharing service is included as standard in all packages. You can upgrade to a higher frequency (daily/4-hourly/hourly) delivery at an additional cost.
