What channels are supported on Chat Flow?

You can currently use Chat Flow with the following channels:

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

  • USSD

  • Apple Messaging for Business (AMB)

Each channel opens unique ways to engage with your customers, from basic information sharing to rich, interactive multimedia conversations.
