How do I configure Chat 2 Pay on my account?
You can add multiple Sandbox and Production Chat 2 Pay configurations to your account. View the detailed steps in our Chat 2 Pay User Guide.
Note: You can link multiple Chat 2 Pay configurations to your Chat Flow application, however, only one Chat 2 Pay configuration can be linked to your Chat Desk application.
Once successfully configured, an Activation Key is generated. This is the key you'll use to authenticate Chat 2 Pay API calls and activate your linked applications like Salesforce.
