How can I use Chat 2 Pay?

Chat 2 Pay is available on the Transact package, which includes access to all the channels and applications listed below.

Once you've configured Chat 2 Pay on your account, you can send out payment links via SMS and WhatsApp chat channels using the following applications to trigger the transaction:

  • Live agent messaging via Chat Desk: When customers are chatting with your live agents using Chat Desk, the agent can send the customer a payment link to make a payment.

  • Automated messaging via Chat Flow: As a flow-builder, you can embed a Chat 2 Pay node into your workflows to trigger payment requests to your customers on chat.

  • Salesforce Order Management Integration: Embed a Chat 2 Pay “extension” into your Salesforce CRM/OMS to allow a call center agent to trigger the payment request.

Note: You'll need a merchant ID from the Payment Gateway - contact our Support Team for assistance in getting your merchant ID.
