Can I cancel the payment request sent from Chat Flow?
No. Once the link is presented to the end-user, the flow-builder or the Chat Flow application cannot cancel or 'call back' the payment link. If the end-user doesn't click the link within 5 minutes or doesn't complete their payment within 15 minutes, the payment link will expire. Once the link has expired, it cannot be reactivated and a new link must be sent to the end-user.
