What types of Sender IDs will be accepted by SGNIC?
Here are general guidelines for registering sender IDs.
Each sender ID must be:
Within 3 - 11 characters (including spaces, underscores, and hyphens).
Cannot contain Chinese or Cyrillic characters.
Should not be generic (e.g. 'SMS' is generic and not allowed).
Sender IDs are case sensitive, thus “Big Brand” and “BIG BRAND” are different Sender IDs.
